- Will
you help me with my university application?
All students applying to British universities must go through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS).
Our Course Directors assess your background and your career ambitions
and help you go through the options available to you. They will
advise you on which universities and courses will be most suitable
for your requirements.
The UFP course tutor will help you fill in your UCAS application
form and will also compile a reference based on your performance
on the UFP. This will be sent with your form.
You are allowed to choose up to 5 universities on the UCAS form
and you are likely to receive 6 conditional offers based on your
final grades on the UFP.
You will choose up to 5 universities through UCAS and are likely to receive 6 conditional offers based on your final grades on the UFP.
‘You will choose the two preferred universities which have given you offers. The one which has asked you to meet higher conditions (e.g. overall grade ‘A’) you will select as your Firm Choice. The one which has asked you to meet lower conditions (e.g. overall grade ‘B’) you will select as your Insurance Choice.
When your final results are issued at the end of the course, they will be forward to your Firm and Insurance universities. Ideally you will have met the requirements of the higher offer and be able to go to your Firm Choice. If you have not met their offer but have met the lower offer, you will go to your Insurance Choice.
If you have passed the course but not met either of your offers, we will help you find a different university.
If you fail to meet both Firm and Insurance offers, you will then
be entered automatically into UCAS CLEARING. We have never failed
to get students who pass the UFP a place at university. UFP has
a 100% success rate for the past 19 years.
