Progression from UFP to UniversityStudents who have completed the University Foundation Programme successfully are now studying a wide range of degree courses at some 98 British universities.
The UFP is independent of any particular university; we are, therefore, able to give students unbiased advice on their choice of degree course and university destination.
However, university Admissions Tutors who have accepted UFP students in the past are aware of the standards set for the course and the high caliber of its successful students. These established relationships mean that applications from students on the UFP are viewed favourably by the universities and offers are made with confidence.
The UFP leads to virtually all university degree courses with the exception of Medicine.
We rarely fail to find a university place for students who successfully pass the UFP. Over the last 20 years, we have had a 99.9% success rate. All students applying to British universities must go through the University and Colleges Admission Service known as UCAS. The UFP Course Directors carefully assess each UFP student’s academic record and future career ambitions before advising which universities and courses would be most suitable. The UFP Course Tutor helps each student individually to complete their UCAS application form, and compiles a reference to accompany each UCAS application based on the students’ performance on UFP.
